Coaching for leaders in processes of transformation

Leading people in times of change is challenging. Because people cannot be changed.
We react highly individually and not always transparently to demands for adaptation. Who likes to leave their comfort zone? Previous, failed change initiatives still have an effect and often, we hide our fear and insecurity behind resistance or indifference.

From my own experience, I know how much leading under pressure to change can affect one’s personal substance and how important reflective sparring and stabilizing exchange are in such phases.

As a systemic-integral coach, I accompany you in your change concerns and support you in creating a 3D model of your issues so that you can look at it from all directions and find a perspective from which new options for action emerge.
